New Art

I finished two sets of pages today for journal swaps that I am in. The first is done with hand drawn pictures that I did myself and watercolored. The poem is my own as well. I hope my friend likes them.
The second ones are on hand-textured paper....I painted it with cement paint which has grit in it and makes a lovely stucco texture. Then I sponged on color and metallic gold highlights before adding the collage elements and quotes. The recipient likes birds so I think she will like this too.
